What is Flotilla Navigation?
Flotilla simply means sailing in a fleet. While you are using your own boat here, a leading boat will observe and lead you. It guides you in situations that may occur during navigation and helps you by guiding you in your approach/departure manoeuvres.
Almost everyone attends our training at some point to be able to operate their own boat or rent a boat safely. However, as soon as their training is completed, unsupervised navigation is not recommended.
Thanks to our flotilla cruises, you can rent one of our boats below, go through your first novice period with a supervisor and start your maritime life safely.
What is required to participate in Flotilla Cruises?
- Having completed basic sailing training at Sail.Lab or other accredited schools up to YY3 level
- Having an Amateur Sailor Certificate
- Having a radio license
- Complying with the directives and guidance of the leader boat and instructor
- Not sailing outside the specified route and following the fleet
- Do not cruise with more guests than the boat's capacity.
